Shrimutt organised a free medical camp at premises of Sri Sankata Hara Mangala Maruthi temple , (Gynanapuri) branch with the grace and blessings of Acharya on July 16th 2023.
Around 155 residents of the surrounding villages could access medical facilities and get screened for health and eye related ailments by leading specialists due to Periyava’s grace. Many had not gone to doctors for checkup for long period of time due to inability to pay fees and had neglected their ailments and could get treated through the medical camp organised by Shrimutt.
The camp was conducted in association with Velan Specialty Hospitals Trichy and Medivision Thanjavur. Dr Rajavel , head of the hospital, instantaneously agreed to conduct the camp with his doctors and staff on seeing the Periyava’s photo. The patients were provided free medical consultation, ECG , eye checkup and medication.
The doctors and staff concluded the 3 hour long camp with prayers at Sannidhi of Sri Sankata Hara Mangala Maruthi and expressed their thanks to Shrimutt for being given an opportunity to serve the needy,
